I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. "Overall a good hotel, reliqble and clean! For 4.5 star Hotel though I expected a little bit of better service, incl. free water welcome drink without charge, at breakfast apart from butter, honey and cheese also 2-3 different jams and more proactive service oriented personel. But all these are "luxury problems" and not crucial. I can recommend the hotel and happy to come again. "
