"Room was not clean, especially around the toilet. Hotel is very outdated. The location is an A+ for shopping."

"Clean room, staff was super friendly. Very convenient when you’re travelling with a pet."

"Pool freezing, hot tub dangerously hot, breakfast cold, no heating in bathroom, stairways and corridors filthy, restaurant closed, Moved sofa a little to watch TV and found years of filth. The only staff efficiency we found was a phone call at 1055 remind us we should be out of the room by 1100. We loved this hotel years ago but it seems like the on site management just doesn't care."

"The bed was extremely comfortable! The location is also quite convenient, close to everything."

"Great place to lay your head"

"Large clean room!! Desk staff very helpful!! Wonderful hot breakfast with sufficient choices!"

"Personnel accueillant"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and room was excellent!"

"Room was clean. No security latch on the door. The "breakfast room" was not very good. No coffee and no coffee in the room even though there was a coffee maker."

"It was in an excellent location. Roof top patio was beautiful."

"clean room, helpful staff"

"Comfortable"

"The hotel is really dirty. Theres a musty smell, mold in the bathroom and stains on the carpet and walls. There was no bathroom door and obvious water damage in the bathroom. I didnt feel safe or comfortable, so i left after one night. I don't think any money has been spent on the rooms in a long time. The owner or person who checked me was very nice, but once i saw the room i realized the owner just dosen't care. Even the lamp shade was cooked! They couldn't even be bothered to straighten it...

"Liked everything but felt conscious about walking around on the creaky 3rd floor maybe a few more rugs might help"
