"Le personnel était très utile. Aucune fontaine pour remplir les gourdes. On doit aller au Costa et se faire servir de l’eau tiède. AC dans la chambre ne refroidissait pas plus que 25 degrés. Lit confortable, mais oreillers trop minces. Très bonne location avec l’accès à l’aéroport. Buffet complet et très bon pour le bedon. Aucun bruit malgré la proximité de l’aéroport. Juste pour la localisation et le déjeuner inclus, on fait abstraction des problèmes. Je recommande !"

"Stayed one night. Did not get to experience any eateries. Used the Hoppa Hotel shuttle to and from LHR - very easy quick ride. Check in was good. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We are flying back to LHR in September and will definitely book this hotel "

"Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"Everything was perfect for the wind down to my trip before I took the long journey home to the West country by Car. The spa amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent also. All this at a very reasonable price And with easy access to the airport."
