Upon arrival I was a bit nervous with the hotel exterior and front desk. Wow! The room was spotless clean and great staff. Everyone was very friendly including the room cleaning team. Would definitely stay again for layover.

This hotel is 10 mins walk from Hounslow East. It was an affordable and pleasant option when trying to avoid the significantly more expensive hotels closer to Heathrow. The gym and rooms were clean and the restaurant had a delicious asian buffet.

Excellent and all-round services. Staff members were friendly, respectful, helpful and virtually on their toes. The room is very clean, the toilet is super-clean. I like spending time in the toilet, and I was extremely satisfied with the toilet and toiletries provided. The proximity of the hotel to train and bus stations is so delightful. Monica at the front counter was so friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks for chatting to us Monica. The rooms are comfortable, beds perfect and the breakfast was great. We stayed 5 nights over two separate bookings. Special mention to the lovely Ukraine lady who was cleaning the room opposite us and encouraged us to use that rooms windows to get better video of the snowflakes falling. This was a lovely gesture.
