The Steakhouse Filet was the toughest piece of steak I've ever tried to cut and it's supposed to be just the opposite. The dinner rolls were stale...

"Excellent location, very clean, quiet spacious rooms! Excellent staff, very helpful making reservations via concierge! Lovely pools, fantastic gym! Clean beautiful sand on beach! Thought there could be more adult activity w volleyball, water sports etc. They did have excellent water aerobic classes to music. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We love staying a Pueblo Bonito Rose! All inclusive is the only way to go!. My only complaint was working with Expedia. beware... I had a problem when booking and they did not help me at all with the solution. I had to call the property myself and took over one month to fix the problem to a position solution. Don't count on Expedia!"

Personal muy amable. pero no todo está incluido (alimentos, bebidas y actividades dentro hotel) y se manejan por horarios lo que el hace que la mayoría de los huéspedes se concentren en los mismos lugares. un poco difícil de entender ya que la información en la aplicación está junta con otros hoteles de la misma cadena, necesitas todo un día para entender cómo aprovechar la estancia, "
