"The hotel was nice and has a lot of potential, but some aspects could be improved. The pillows for example were pretty poor quality and seemed very old. However the building was beautiful, the location was good and breakfast was excellent quality. The breakfast room was also very pretty with plenty of natural light and nice views. If certain details like the quality of bedding was improved the hotel would be absolutely excellent."

"Da vi ankom var der ingen i receptionen. Vi fandt så ud af, at receptionisten sad og kiggede i sin mobiltelefon udenfor indgangen og rejste sig slet ikke, da vi kom. Da han endelig kom ind var han ikke særlig venlig og smilende. Vi fik et af værelserne tættest på Burger King og der lugtede forfærdeligt af burger mad på værelset. Da vi bad om et andet værelse virkede han nærmest fornærmet. Vi fik dog et nyt værelse, der ikke lugtede og sov egentlig ok godt. Aircon virkede også. Hvilket måske...

"Clean, kind staff - we arrived two hours before check-in and they fixed a room for us, nice breakfast, noiseless aircondition and a great pool. Only downside was the area, which was kind of boring, but if you just need a quick stay, a dip In the pool and a nice bed for the evening, this is perfect! "

"Excellent hotel! The location is ideal for the main historic and cultural sights of Braunschweig, and is even walkable from the railway station (if you don’t mind a 35+ minute walk). Plenty of shopping and dining options in area, including a terrific bookstore just across the street. My room was large and airy, extremely quiet. Front desk folks were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loved staying here, will come back for sure!"
