"Hotel is on very bad condition, rooms are old, badly equipped, the jacuzzi is oversold. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel at this point until they finish the renovations which apparently they are doing. The room was uncomfortable.. the level of the furniture is like a hostel in Europe.
In addition you’re in the middle of the desert and have to pay for every water, soft drink et. If it’s half board include the drinks! Food was also pretty average I would say.. and there is no alcohol....

"I had such a great stay at this camp in Wadi Rum. The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. The food was delicious, and spending the evening under the stars was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Jordan. Everything felt well organized but still authentic and relaxed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Wadi Rum!"

Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. El hotel parece haber sido remodelado recientemente y se siente prácticamente nuevo, con instalaciones muy bonitas y acabados de gran calidad. Además, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.

"Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is new, well maintained, and the room was very nice. The terrace was perfect for gathering, and the breakfast chef was especially kind and helpful.
A small area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. There was sometimes a lack of attention to details, such as changing towels and bathroom supplies, and housekeeping entered the room without checking first. Nothing major, but a little more training and attention to these details would make the...
