Hotel Lago Grey’s location is ideal for full-day hikes and for access to the boat ride to see Glaciar Grey. "Wonderful location in the middle of Punta Arenas. Beautiful hotel. Spotless and very well maintained. The concierge and staff were excellent. We stayed for the buffet dinner and absolutely loved it. Large selection of healthy options and desserts too! This is the place to stay if you're staying in Punta Arenas. Will most certainly return next time I passing through this part of wonderful Chile."

"The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Great shower. The people that work there are amazing. There was always someone who spoke English. They were willing to help. From putting new battery in my luggage scale. To giving directions to ATMS and the main square. Also directions to the best coffee shops in town. The breakfast was better than average. Let use have a late check out without charge. It was a little warm and there was no AC but the window did open and make it tolerable. "

"Couldnt be happier with this stay. Its literally 5 min outside the park, so you get great views and cut down significantly on commute time. The dome and bedding provided were cozy and comfy, and situated right next to the stunning river where you can enjoy the wildlife. The bathrooms were kept immaculate and the hot water was sufficient. We also loved the on site restaurant and ate there several times. "
