"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"

Beach, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping for souvenirs, I will definitely recommend the orange hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay 👌 😀 "

"Amazing hotel. Very beautifully laid out, attention to detail is exceptionnal in the design. Staff is professional, helpful and polite. Pools and spas feel nice, lots of spots outside the room to just rest and enjoy. Plants everywhere make for a great natural ambiance. The walk from the most busy area can feel a bit sketchy at night but we did it (2 women) without any problem. If you were uncomfortable, it's a quick and cheap cab ride. Apart from that, it's a good five stars from me! "

"This is a beautiful hostel, i thought it was a hotel. I wasn't aware that you had to drive on a rough road up the mountain, i found out 2hrs before we got our car rental. They do provide transportation but we found out last minute. The food at restaurant was really good and the service is great. The beds are hard but not an issue for me."

"To be clear, this is not a hotel in the truest sense. The staff are usually all gone by 6pm and access to the building is by security code only. Having said that, this is my 2nd stay here because of its friendly and helpful staff, as well as its closeness to the beach, nightlife and shopping. I will stay here again."

"My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time in Tyrona National Park. It was great coming back after a long hiking day to a friendly hotel concierge, as well the hostess at the restaurant was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place."
