"I had a wonderful experience at Residency Hotel Fort in Mumbai. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even when I arrived at 3am! I was greeted with smiling faces, which was a great start to my stay. The room was excellent, with a large bathroom, and it was clean and well-equipped with all the regular amenities. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast selection. "I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though."
