Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. "Our 1st stay in ts hotel. We knew is an old hotel with big room but the room doors are in need of upgrading bcos most of them cannot be closed properly, needs to pull hard to shut tightly which resulted loud bangs, so just imagine hearing door banging every now and then, which included ours too! The safe box in the room was not working and their explanation is all room safe boxes are under maintenance. So we had to c/o our passports in their master safe behind their reception counter, the old...

"When the time we stay in the hotel,room got smoke smell. Property owner not really strong enough to control customer inside rooms cannot smoke."

"We arrived late around 7.45pm due to traffic jam but there was no one to let us in, the kind chap from the restaurant downstairs contacted the owner and let us in. The water heater was not working, we showered with cold water🙄 We couldn't boil water to make a coffee because the power points at the sink counter were not working😔 The only thing good was the location. Please upgrade your amenities. "
