"We stayed in a Premier Seaview Chalet (1233) during the first week of May, so certainly not as busy as previous reviews indicate. It was hot and humid though and it took a few days to acclimatise. Thankfully the air conditioning in our chalet was very good and we loved the free mini bar, replenished daily. Great variety for breakfast at both restaurants. First morning we tried the Brassiere (beachfront). Its quieter there and the food is very good with great views, but it was a little too humid...

"The resort is the only one of its kind in the main tourist area in Langkawi. It has multiple restaurants/ bars and 2 pools. The second pool had just been refurbished and was slick and modern, the larger pool area was more dated but was clean and really pleasant to cool off in. Food at breakfast was good and we enjoyed the lunch there too. The service was a solid 4 star but close to 5. "Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch. "
