"The lobby and main floor were clean and well maintained, and Breakfast was very nice. My room was not as clean, the pull-out mattress in the sofa was stained, there was a blanket but not sheets or pillow for it. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were not fully replaced every day - we didn’t get a new bath mat after the first day, some days we were missing towels and washcloths. Most annoying thing was the parking - sign out front said parking was $15/day, if you’re a guest register...

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel."

"Toilet was clogged when we started to use it. Very spacious for the price but cleanliness of washroom, the sofa and the sofa bed blanket needs improvement. "It was stressful that after paying for the hotel we had to wait in line the day of to buy pool tickets to hopefully get them. We were not allowed to purchase them at check in. It was the only reason we booked the trip. If it sold out we would have been out of luck and there wouldn’t have been anything for the kids to do. "

"Horrible - WAYYYYY under staffed - drove up from Maryland for a nice vacation with my wife, 10 month old and 3 year old - we left our house at 2am and showed up around 11am - asked for early check in? No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days
