"Beautiful property. The location on the beach is amazing and the swimming pools are huge. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are beautiful and I liked the balcony.
Couple of areas to improve would be to clean up the beach every morning to make sure it is tidy and ask guests to stop "reserving" beach chairs by putting the towel on at 6:30 AM and keeping it "reserved."
We also had dinners in the Italian restaurant and it was great. Overall, great value in a beautiful area. We would return. After...

"Id give the staff 10/10 rating. At least to me they were all so nice, respectful and very helpful. Rooms are clean, that’s not a problem. The issue with this resort is the property was kinda let go and not well maintained for a hotel/resort that is classified as a 5 star hotel. Yes we had everything we needed in our room. But the closet were falling apart, walls were stained and the fridge although it’s hidden was rusty and old.
I wouldn’t complain about the food because it’s given to have the...

"All previous comments about conditions of hotel are about to be right. But I want to add that the staff was was extremely helpful and nice. Specially for a single mom and teen daughter. We bout felt very safe there. More than in any country we visit before.
The entertainment team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. They worked from morning until midnight with endless energy, smiles, and dedication, making sure every guest felt involved and happy. Their positivity created an amazing...
