" Initially the room they gave us had central AC which I could not operate and I was feeling suffocated in the room. But when I notified the reception, immediately they changed us in another room on another floor where I can control the temperature myself. The tram service was nearby. Overall the experience was great."

"We have stayed here a couple of times now and really can’t fault it. Location is fantastic, central to all and easy walking to theatres, shopping and eating. If catching train to Flinders Street a short 5 minute walk. Staff are helpful, amenities great, breakfast magnificent and bar a great place to wind down."
