"My bed was comfy, the room was quiet. I slept very well. Great shower. Hotel is close to everything. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast for $10 including pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast and juice. Great staff too. "

"Perfect spot for walking to NGV and Museum. Rooms clean and well appointed. Our one time effort for room service was disappointing as we waited more than an hour and a half and 3 calls, evidently there was an issue with our ordering by the phone rather than the internet ( which required you to sign in) even though we had the option. We found this frustrating. Overall our stay was excellent and the staff were all very respectful and helpful."
