"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."

El cuarto estaba sucio con cabellos en las almohadas y colcha y en lugar de ofrecer shampoo, jabón y crema limpio ponen botes a la mitad que han estado usando otros huéspedes.
