"Door didn’t seal so you had the outside coming in, absolutely no hot water. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to help you get hot water. Property was very dirt. Broken door appliances everywhere. "

"Room and pool area was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub well maintained and water was sparkling clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee was good. Will stay here again!"

"I’d say the only nice thing was the young lady who took my hotel key cards at the end of my stay. She actually said thank you. Rooms were meh, breakfast was late, hallways smelled of a mix of old Indian food and baby diaper. Never again. Dirty, loud guests, tiny towels, small rooms. Rude staffer with zero personality to greet your arrival. Stay somewhere else."

"Our room was great. Every part was good except two: 1) the refrigerator gasped and wheezed all night. 2) the bathroom did not have a roll-in shower, or a bench, or a handheld shower. Aside from these the room was fantastic"
