"Smaller room in an older building. The room was clean, had a nice view of the canal and easy access to all the dining, bars and shopping that you could imagine. At night the WIFI was spotty or non existent because it was shared with the bar on the first floor. If you DO NOT BOOK a Canal View Room there will be no elevator and you will have to carry your bag up steep amd narrow stairs."

After a very long day of flying we arrived early to our hotel exhausted. The staff went absolutely above and beyond from the very moment we arrived. "From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was. Ideal for family city break. Facilities to make tea and coffee which always helps. Nice coffee shop across the street- bit pricey and grocery store handy for those...
