"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖"

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points.
