"Beautiful place "

"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"Stay was better than expected. We received a free upgrade to a full apartment and the staff were amazing. Great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam, with a quick train ride into the city center. Very quiet, convenient and easy area of the city to stay."

Esta viejo, sucio, las alfombras sucias y manchadas, habia moho en el techo del baño y todo lucia como si nunca han limpiado… tuvimoa que ir al supermercado a comprar detergente para higienizar un poco la habitacion (la chica del lobby muy amable nos dijo que limpiaban una vez a la semana y si...
