"The room we had was very clean, the beds were comfortable, but the ceilings in the room were very low (the room was under the eaves). While my family is of short stature, we were able to stay here, but this room would not have functioned well for a tall person. Also, the entrance to the room was through the closet--very strange layout. Other than that, staff was friendly, it had an elevator and was in a very convenient location near the Haarlem train station, but also near to the Haarlem...

"Nice hotel in a good area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice, except for one of the ladies that was at the front desk one morning. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and she didn’t believe us, even though we were showing her the receipt. She was extremely rude about it. She finally said “just go”. Breakfast didn’t have a good variety. Other than the breakfast fiasco, our stay was good. "

"The location was great and the staff was friendly. What we didn't know was there was a carnival going on right in front of our hotel, and that took away the charm of the city. The reason I booked this hotel was for the location, but the carnival put a damper on our visit. The bathroom was a strange set up (you had to walk in the shower to get to the toilet). Regardless, it was a good hotel based on location."

"Great apartment. The location is perfect, it was clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The stairs to the unit are very steep, just to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Enjoyed our stay."

"The area was gorgeous with huge old church across from it. Right on the main plaza with old architecture buildings. Lots of nearby restaurants and short train ride to Amsterdam central. "
