"I know the hotel was just opening but it is still not acceptable that we had to shower ice cold and that we didn't knew in advance that the wellness area will not be open. There was also no one who could help us with that situation. Also you could hear your room neighbors and people on the corridor very loud. We got some compensation what's good but for now I can't say that it was a great stay. Probably in a few months it is better or even great but for now I have to say how we experienced it....

"Location to transit and Amsterdam is great. Hotel rooms are starting to show their age. Disappointed that there was no Kleenex, no wash cloths (common in Europe though), no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion. Things that you expect nowadays in a room. Coffee wasn’t replaced in room and room attendant had said they didn’t have any."

"Beautiful hotel, but I left 4am and asked for a taxi and was directed outside to wait for it. Waited 30 minutes outside and tried to get back in to ask about the taxi and I was locked out. I am a female solo traveler and the area can be a little sketchy. The taxi never came."

"The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage. If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before. I didn’t find a broom or vacuum"
