"I have stayed here before. I pick this hotel simply because it is just a walkable distance from the Niagara Falls (American side) and restaurants. However I was shocked when I was told that there is a fee for parking the car! The breakfast has not changed over the years!!"

"Our family stayed for overnight only but it was a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had good selections. Great amenities and walking distance to the falls. Parking was across the street in a building and they validate but since we had a big van (12 sitter van), the person in the front desk was very kind and courteous for letting us park the car within the facility."

"This is NOT A HOTEL! This location is very much a motel! The room was distasteful with hard cold floors and few room amenities. There is a washer & dryer that one load cost us $8.00 to wash & dry. The breakfast is sparse, no meat of any kind and boiled eggs in discolored water, very unsanitary. They did have milk in an open container that looked unappetizing and also unsanitary! Not staying here again."
