"I really enjoyed my stay at Kutumbaya. The staff were really friendly and helped organise a safari and tour of the ancient ruins for me. The food was great, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The WiFi and air con were good and I even found some Premiership football on the TV. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, ebenso das Bad – alles wirkte ordentlich und gut gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!"

"It’s located in close proximity to all must visit places in Anuradhapura. We really enjoyed the lake view from our room too. Foods were amazing. I would highly recommend it for a very comfortable stay. "

"Belle chambre spacieuse pour 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) avec 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et un lit simple. Salle de bain complete et propre. Belle piscine ombragée même si l'eau n'était pas tres limpide. Nous etions totalement seuls aussi bien au diner qu'au petit dejeuner ce qui nous a étonné etant donne la taille de la structure. Personnel très disponible. Le petit-déjeuner quoique complet et très ordinaire et pourrait être de meilleure qualité. "

I felt like my son and I were the only two guest and I honestly didn't like that. They kept calling asking if I wanted my room clean. "Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room.
