"A magnificent place, blessed with one of the most beautiful views in Israel. It genuinely feels as though this little piece of paradise was dropped from the heavens onto the Sea of Galilee. The staff made you feel like you truly mattered. They genuinely cared about your experience and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived."

"The hotel is very old and hasn’t been touched in decades. Simple things like replacing the carpet should be done - it was worn down. The location was okay and not too far from the promenade. Pool is a bit small for the guests and they close it earlier than the advertised time. But was overall clean. Breakfast was basis but fine. They should ideally ensure the food put out is warm. We went towards the end of the breakfast slot so got cold food."

"Room, a/c and bed were very good. Shower had a moldy smell from the drain. Towels were good. Bathroom products were just ok. No makeup mirror. No mini bar. Room was not cleaned in spite of the “Please Clean My Room” sign placed the doorknob, as of 10:30am. At 2pm I took in the sign as I wanted to take a nap and did not wish to be disturbed by the housekeeper. Breakfast was nice, but service was not very good."

"Great family stay on a summer holiday. The only issues with this property is that the Wi-Fi is practically non-existent and there is not enough parking within the hotel grounds."

"The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all"

"Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…"

"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!"
