"Tout a été parfait, la gentillesse du personnel, le service, l'accueil, les infrastructures, la vue splendide sur la mer, les restaurants (agliolio et mokka car nous n'avons pas testé les autres), les chambres spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Vraiment au dela de nos esperances. Un petit plus si la piscine extérieure avait eu quelques degres de plus car elle est magnifique. Le parking gratuit est aussi un gros plus. Que du positif pour cet établissement que je ne peux que recommander."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms and all the hotel spotless. The staff were so polite and helpful always with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you. We ate at both the pub and restaurant and both were superb and reasonably priced. Both pools were lovely and relaxing. It may be a bit far out but lovely and relaxing and we used the buses or bolt to get around. Would highly recommend. "

"Unsere Übernachtung in einem Zimmer mit Whirlpool war ok, das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage war schön mit dem Whirlpool auf dem großzügigen Balkon. Wie in vielen Ländern mit Wassermangel war das Wasser sehr chlorhaltig, dementsprechend ist der whirlpool auch sehr verchlort - das sollte man bedenken. Wir nutzten den Zimmerservice um Abendessrn zu bestellen, da stimmt das Preis-Leisrungsverhältnis leider nicht. Wir bestellen Burger und Pizza, beides entsprach nicht dem gewollten und preislich so...

"Firstly I must say the staff were always helpful and Oliver who worked at The Prickly Pear, lovely, always a smile on his face and made amazing mojitos! The communal areas are very clean and modern, however my room was not exactly up to the same standard. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in, but normally I would expect shampoo at the very least, but that’s not so bad. However being placed next to the games room, was awful, when people were in there at night it...

"We had reserved a suite over looking the bay - amazing!!! The buffet was superb! Variety each night was wonderful! We had booked au bord so had buffets for breakfast and supper each day! Wonderful! No complaints at all. Location was fantastic."

"We stayed as a family of four and had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the drinkable water tap in the bathroom is a standout feature. All staff were consistently warm and attentive — everyone greets you as you pass, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. "The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless with luxury bedding and towels. Location excellent a few blocks from the party area but near quiet beaches. Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. Will definitely recommend and looking forward to going back in September "
