"en general es un buen hotel excelente ubicacion. el problema es la masificacion, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, imposible ir a las piscinas, nunca había espacio para sentarse, el horario de cierre de las mismas es ridículo para ser verano, a las 18:00, el gimnasio muy básico, él desayuno muy bueno y variado. pero igual demasiada gente. si quieres tranquilidad este no es el hotel adecuado en verano."

"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...

"Great location , the only thing is the pool
Closes at 6pm , not sure why , breakfast bar was amazing , staff very helpful but seemed very overwhelmed at the pool area with food and drinks ."

"My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our time at the Solana, they have a rooftop pool and bar which were good but busy with other guests, our room was a good size with a balcony, the hotel is well maintained and this was the second time we have stayed here."

"We travelled with our 2 teenage children and had a lovely modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The sheets were changed every 4 day's and we were given fresh towels every 2 day's.
