"Room clean and was provided with towels, tea/coffee, soap, shower caps etc. WiFi was easy to connect to. Got an upgrade which was lovely! The best part our holiday was the hotel! The bar in the evening has live music performances. Also very close to shops for groceries if needed."

Climate Control: The air conditioning was non-functioning during our stay, which is a significant factor to consider depending on the weather. Linens: The towels provided were the lowest quality I have encountered across hundreds of hotels in all price ranges. They were undersized (providing minimal coverage) and had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Appliances: The in-room refrigerator was broken. Despite reporting this to staff, who promised to contact maintenance, the issue was never addressed. After 48 hours without a follow-up, we stopped requesting assistance. Facilities & Service Staff: The team was generally friendly, though the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests suggests a breakdown in internal communication. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent and stood out as a highlight of the stay. Pool & Parking: While the pool was open, it was unheated. "The room was large and quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable and enormous and there was also a comfy settee from which we could watch tv. It had a nice balcony looking down to the sea. Excellent breakfast."

"Room small but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, room service everyday. Facilities very good(although outdoor pool very cold, it was February and a few pieces of equipment in the gym didn't work). Drinks reasonable(2 for 1 cocktails between 1800 - 2030). Didn't eat food in hotel, so can't give recommendations(although it did look a little pricey). No entertainment. Would definitely go back for 2/3/4 nights stay but not any longer as not a lot to do in the surrounding area which is set on a hill.The hotel is built over 2 buildings, but once you get used to the lifts, its fair easy to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful."
