"This is the second time I have stayed at the Solana hotel but unfortunately it will be the last. The staff member who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately a couple who were Infront were struggling to understand what she was saying and there was not much helping them it was almost well it's your fault you can't understand... When my room was ready I made my way and I cannot fault the room was a good size, clean well presented. The shower was good and again happy with that. In the morning...

"Someone told me it had been renovated 18 months ago but I find that hard to believe. The decor or rooms are by no means luxury as described on the site I booked it. The room absolutely stank when we arrived I later likened it to tne smell of the indoor pool. Thw towels in the room are of poor quality and overall I would not stay here again It was all inclusive but don’t be fooled, the cocktails have little to no alcohol, the hot drinks are barely warm so ask for extra hot when getting a coffee...

"The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. You have access to the free sundbeds on the beach although, they don't like you taking your own food and drink there as want you to purchase from their bar. Overall ok but didn't think it was worth the...
