"Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. "Very big room, got dining table, sofa, our biggest room in Japan. But no reception, it’s a self check in. No luggage storage before check in. Close to station which is very nice. Our room got washing machine, and bathroom got air drying system, so clothes will dry quickly."

"露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"
