"The AC was out and the hotel was always hot and stuffy. The trash cans in the room are partially smaller than usual trash cans. Not enough towels and hard to get when asked. Breakfast was the same everyday and was not well maintained. Garbage bins were always full. I did appreciate seeing staff all throughout the building, I just wondered what they were doing. I also appreciated the staff help during staff check in and check out with luggage."

"So to start with...pictures on the web page are not from this hotel to start with. If you are trying to book base on them, don't. Hotel / motel has nothing to do with Hilton, or simply the brand is going down. Nothing close to any premium brand...clogged bathtub, nothing almost to eat at the breakfast and hotel stuff ocupaying front of the lobby all the morning. waiting for something, cleaning carts in the middle of the hallway- all of them and the main floor maintenance rooms/ laundry open to...

"The breakfast was excellent, although the juice machine was broken. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were useful. No towels at the pool. The room floor was not swept, and had chunks of dirt on the floor. The shower had only one temperature - very hot. There was no way to add enough cold water to make it usable for more than a few seconds at a time."

"The property was new so very clean. The air conditioner had a bit of a struggle keeping the room comfortable. Breakfast was chaotic and they were out of most things when we went down about 8:00. The lady serving was very sweet but appeared more concerned with bringing people individual things they were asking for than refilling the food."
