"Let me start by saying I work at a resort and I’ve heard just about every complaint you can imagine so I’m always reluctant to even say anything but I also do like it when our guest give us constructive feed back and I hope this is received as such. Staff was great everybody just seamed to be good with everything. And no I didn’t tell the front desk everything I only mentioned a couple of issues when I checked out ñ, like I said I hate to think they feel like they failed when the staff I interacted with was great. I slept maybe 2 hours the beds in our room Were very very uncomfortable I slept maybe 3 hours they I just sat in the desk chair. The wall and furniture by the trash can had splashed liquid around it. Some kind of spill happed and it was not cleaned liquids were still under the tv stand. The tub didn’t drain the sink had drainage issues as well. There was some sort of metal piece sticking out from under the AC unit that gashed me really good, I played it off when i checked out but manly because I got the industry standard response “did you tell the front desk about it” no i didn’t because the gash happened like an hour before check out. And the other stuff I fell could wait since we were only there for 1 night. The pool was being re finished so no pool it would of been nice to know in advance. Parking great staff great. Rooms 5/10 on cleanliness it needed love. I hope this is taken as productive feedback to better help future guests. "
