"I pivked the hotel for convenience for an event i was going to attend. Location is center of the city w easy walk to downtown and transportation. The staff are very personable, friendly and professional, restaurant menu for breakfast was top-notch. The room was perfect and cozy, had my best sleep here! Cheerful and bright lobby! Best decision ever!

"You will get what you paid for. Food is cheap but good.
A bit noisy during night because of the live band until 10:30 pm. Good if you like that sort of thing"

"This was such a great choice for a solo splurge. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and amenities, steps from the beach, delicious breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed longer!"

" The place is cozy, its a big upgrade for the aria.The stuff are very helpful, they do have a shuttle to drop you off to the buss stop if you are commuting like us.they do have there own boat ramp so you don't need to go out of the hotel if you go on island hopping.The buffet is very good, they offer lechon and seafoods for dinner.They offer free breakfast, you just have wake up early because its always pack. Just wish they have more people so they can be more atent "

"This is an older resort but it's true charm is it's idyllic & rural settings. It is a really good place to unwind. Nite, when I stayed, it was the low season and the main pool was being refurbished. In any case, I really like the non hustle & bustle environment and yes there are many things to do. The front beach is not super great for swimming but it is very interesting because you can walk out during low tide and see the inter-tidal life. "We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks! "

"My entire family really enjoys staying at this property because of the warm hospitality, delicious food, and excellent amenities. A special thanks to Ms. Mench for assisting me with everything and to Ms. Paulyn for helping me with the room booking. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic apologies if I’ve forgotten any names, but from the housekeeping and maintenance teams, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Overall, the experience has been wonderful, and we look forward to returning."
