"The hotel has a great location, it’s close to all the key landmarks in Georgetown, around bars, restaurants, etc. However, the rooms are definitely not in good condition with issues like the shower head being broken among others. Staff are nice and it’s a decent place to stay for a short trip."

"There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. The staff promised this would not happen on the 2nd night, but unfortunately the issue occurred again on 2nd night. Most terrible experience we ever had in Malaysia! Highly advised travellers to think twice and be prepared to face cold showers if you stay here."

"The staff was nice. The hotel looks nice. The area is a little sketchy. The room was clean. There are no news channels or Olympics on the TV. Only 15 channels, mostly Malaysian. The safe was the smallest I've ever seen. We could not fit everything into it."
