"One of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The first room we were given had an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled like raw sewage, to the point where it was impossible to stay in the room and we immediately requested a different one. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. "Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and assist in any way possible. The pool attendant was exceptional, bringing our towels down personally and setting them out for us. Everything is well maintained and our room overlooked the Straits of Malacca. We shall return."
