"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"We didn't stay for breakfast. We checked out before 8 am. Rooms had black mold and were dirty. Switched rooms same problem. Talked with Frank and the front desk who said he "wasn't surprised" by the conditions of the rooms. Valet is a joke. He was sleeping and and the nerve to tell me he didn't have to valet my vehicle. For the service I received and $44, I agreed and found free parking around the corner. Crazy to talk to someone like that when you work for tips. Upon checkout, Michelle was the only reasonable person."

"Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. We plan to make it our favorite place to stay, for our next visit to Philly. The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Considering all the hotels where we’ve stayed Sonesta has become our favorite. It was our best experience. We highly recommend Sonesta."
