"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom.
