"Awesome accommodation for our single night in Phuket Town, at the end of our holiday prior to heading to the airport. Super location right in the middle of the action, loads of food and drink options nearby. The building is beautiful inside and out, the little pool is great to cool off and the staff were fantastic throughout, especially with our little boy. Also organised us a shuttle to the airport. Would love to stay here again."

"The property was built originally for Royalty, and that it how it seems...you are royalty as long as you stay there. Every view is gorgeous, and the property location is perfection."

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"Great hotel. Beautiful grounds. Comfortable rooms. The pool area is inviting. Big patio with each room. They give fruit platters between 3 and 4 everyday. Great breakfast with many choices of bread. Only downside is that it is not on the beach ant there is no good restaurant within walking distance, except the hotel’s. Also, the A/C can’t be set lower than 20 Celsius. "

"The private beach is the star of the show here! The staff are friendly and the food (thai menu) was good but overpriced. Breakfast buffet was decent, but limited options and only from about 7-10am. Property is quite dated, and in need of renovations. Not close to anything so you'd have to hire a taxi to get somewhere else. There were several disappointments with this hotel. Although advertised as having airport transportation upon request, I was told that it isnt offered when I called to...

"We went as a family with a 5 year old. Pros - friendly staff, clean, pool open long hours (7am-9pm) and loungers always available. Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. Good AC in the rooms but if you feel warm at night there's only thick duvets, no option of thin covers. Kids club is really relevant for...

"I liked the private jacuzzi I had, 2 things I did not like 1-not hot water on the jacuzzi but the water temperature was ok, 2- is a little far from beach. If you are planning tours with hotel pick-up this hotel may be a good choice, staff is great and premises were very clean during my stay."
