"The boss and the service were both enthusiastic, and the restaurant on the first floor was lively. However, the room had poor natural light, making it dim indoors rather than romantic or charming. There were no suitable chairs or designs, so staying in the room meant lying on a bed unsuitable for reading. There were several holes in the wooden floor, and there was concern that these might worsen and pose a risk of injury to guests. The overall room experience was not good."

"This is a very good quality hotel. Rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast has many options. Staff are very helpful. It has a decent size pool with sunbeds (unfortunately these have no padding. The private beach is excellent and has great facilities. Surprisingly enough for such a large hotel, apart from at breakfast it never felt crowded. The town of Kenting is 10 minute walk away with a vast array of places to eat. "
