"The establishment was brand new so it was very clean and smoke free… However, the vending machines didn’t have a lot variety and weren’t adequately stocked… Also, it appeared that the rooms had kitchenettes but weren’t stock with anything of use… Other than that, very nice place."

"The room was clean. The staff member I believe her name was Hannah Atleast that what she told me was very rude. I asked for directions more than two time and she waved me off the second time and she was in the phone gossiping about me to her boss or someone. If it wasn’t last mint I would went somewhere else. She didn’t say anything about the complementary breakfast or the pool. The guy that was there when I checked out he was very nice need more of him."

"We loved the roominess of the place, it was very quiet, which was a plus. They had everything we needed for cooking. Was very excited, but found out this is the only one. So next time you're in the Fort Lee area, this is the place to stay."

Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. "The entrance area was under for remodeling. Otherwise everything is in order, clean, quiet, convenient (next to a shopping area). Front desk was friendly. Guest laundry and dryer work well."

"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."
