"The bed sheets were not changed throughout my stay. I even left a lipstick mark on purpose to check, and the sheets were still not replaced.
There was no shampoo provided initially — we had to request it.
The building is very old, the shower is extremely small, and the internet connection was the worst I’ve experienced.
Breakfast was very basic and disappointing.
Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place to others."

"Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual."

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful..
Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service
We would never return.
