"Daniel is the most lovely, kind and considerate host you could ever wish for. We felt like we were staying with family. The property is beautiful and the room was absolutely perfect with a stunning view over the lake. Daniel allowed us to safely park our car, he even made a reservation for dinner in a lovely restaurant which was 5mins walk down the hill. The breakfast was lovely. "Great stay, the hotel and Rita, the host and all the staff are amazing! Fantastic views, a bit different from your regular hotels but that is a plus! Has a hot tub and pool as well as included breakfast (which is really good and it’s great to not have to worry about breakfast). It’s a bit outside of Varenna, it’s up in the hills, so you will need a Taxi every time to get back up to the hotel, there was a free night bus that took us to the hotel, but I believe it’s only running until October...
