Gravi disservizi per ciò che riguarda il riscaldamento che nonostante le ripetute richieste di attivazione, è rimasto comunque spento nonostante la temperatura lo richiedesse. Personale non sempre consapevole della situazione ( prima comunicato che bastava attivare il termostato, poi comunicato che l’impianto era spento, poi comunicato che sarebbe stato attivato a breve , cosa mai avvenuta)"

"Well located Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms well appointed, rooms a bit dated but definitely characterful. Overall a good choice if you want a city centre hotel, only a few minutes walk from the Railway station. "
