"Die Chefin und ihr Team sind sehr fleißig. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Als Suite würde ich es aber aufgrund der Größe nicht bezeichnen. Bei Expedia heißt es Hundelieb. Das Gefühl hatten wir leider nicht. Der Hund darf nicht in den Garten. Ich kann ihn doch nicht 8 Stunden ins Zimmer sperren. Sind dann nach Bardolino ins Strandbad gefahren zum Baden. Da war unser Hund ohne Extrapreis willkommen. Es gab auch keinen Wassernapf für den Hund. Unser Hund ist gut erzogen und war nicht so...

"I b ooked this hotel tohave a safe parking place for my car and get with the bus to Verona downtown. I did book the bus 24 hours in advance during the customer service website of the hotel. When I arrived they said they didn`t get anything and the bus is not going. The only bus going is in the evening for the arena. every 4 star hotel has a bus in front they can take any time to get the people downtown this hotel doesn`t. "This hotel was outstanding. Everything was so well thought out to make life easier. They even booked us a car park spot in Garda town for free one evening. Staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just a chilled out pleasant place to stay. Very popular with our German cousins, many who brought their well behaved and adorable doggies. Nice people, smart hotel without being stuffy. Cannot recommend enough!"

"As fotos que mostram a praia em frente ao campping nao sao reais. Nao é possivel fazer banho, o local com cadeiras de praia e ombrellone nao tinha manutenção e a praia nao era recomendada para banho. Este foi o principal motivo da escolha do hotel e nao foi possivel aproveitar. Fora isso a estrutura dentro do campping era interessante, piscinas boas, estrutura do quarto legal. Porem, o ar condicionado nao vencia o calor. Um so para 3 comodos da habitação. Pouco suficiente."

"Camera pulita, ma servizio check-in da migliorare La struttura si presenta pulita e ben curata, ma l'esperienza all'arrivo non è stata delle migliori. Nonostante fossimo lì già dalle 14:50 e il check-in fosse previsto per le 15:00, la chiave ci è stata consegnata solo alle 15:40. Abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi un'ora sui divanetti con le valigie prima di poter entrare in camera. Un po' più di puntualità e attenzione alla gestione dei tempi farebbero la differenza."

"Von einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarten wir wirklich mehr! Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Den Schrank nutzen wir gar nicht, hätten wir sonst grundreinigen müssen. Das Klappbett fürs Kind war mit Tesa geklebt und äußerst unbequem. Vorhang mit vielen verschiedenen Flecken…. Positiv zu bewerten waren die Anlagen wie Pool, Tennisplatz und Rutschenland. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und frisch. Trotzdem werden wir aufgrund des Zimmers nicht mehr kommen."
