"The hotel highly mismanaged.Right from check in stage the staff were almost hostile. Had to fight for proper room.Reqested for staff assistance ,during check out whichwas not provided. "

"We extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants. The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries. Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"WIFI is horrible, just does not work. Below average breakfast... in South India.. breakfast had tea only and coffee was chargeable additionally ..just didn't make any sense. Hotel staff were decent .... not rude or anything. They were still trying to accomodate."
