"Fantastic service with Candy at check in and throughout. Leo was absolutely instrumental in guiding our overall experience, gave fantastic food recommendations, was incredibly prompt at attending to every single need. The staff is overall 10/10. We stayed at the honeymoon grand villa and the accommodations were 10/10 in all respects. "

"What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!"

"Rancho Pacifico knocks it out of the park! Treehouse Tamandua was incredible, infinity pool overlooking the whale’s tail was simply beautiful and every meal was amazing. Great variety, great taste, and I’d even go so far as to say the presentation was borderline spectacular. But most importantly it was the staff that made our stay near perfect. Every staff member should be commended for going out of their way to ensure every little need was taken care of. Muy Roco - Muchas Gracias!"
