"We were recently on a vacation to Tanzania. We were staying at the Holiday Inn on Azikiwe Street Dar Es Salaam when the elections were held. During the this period, there was a total internet black-out, significant uncertainty and a lot of confusion. With so many people in the hotel, there was potential for emotions to boil over, but the team at the Holiday Inn did a tremendous job communicating, ensuring that we were comfortable and in calming everyone.
