"This is the (worst) hotel I ever booked in my life. How is this a 4 stars hotel? It is maximum 2 stars! It is very old and not clean.
The room:
The bathroom is awful, the elevators are small, slow, and one not working!
The lobby is very old and smells bad!
The reception don’t know the rules and asking his colleague before any step in the check in.
For the check out, it took them more than 10 minutes to finish the process!! Wow!
And the location is not the best, there are many other...
