Pool on 30 floor was GREAT, empty, we were there alone at evening 7pm (after our cruise) also next day morning 10:30am, ideal for swimming. Whirpool was fantastic. Very nice view to Ha Long Bay limestone islands from there. Breakfast was … wow, fantastic. If you are in Hanoi and thinking about daily cruise only, then stay here after the cruise, do not return on evening to Hanoi. It is very nice place, relax, enjoy hotel amenities and return next day, check-out is noon so you have enough time (or move to next step on your journey, we go to Ninh Binh from here and hotel members also booked the travel for us with direct pickup here, better price than on Vexere). I really recommend this place. Need to say, early morning running 10km during sunrise on empty beach was fantastic - then whirpool, breakfast, chilling, swimming… great time here after 3 days in hectic Hanoi and day cruise in Ha Long Bay."
