"Nice rooom with sea view, all thing so good, Friendly and enthusiastic butler, beach right below the hotel, free children's play area on the 3rd floor, restaurants, cafes, pubs, indoor pool and infinity pool available for a fee. Will return, great value for the amenities!"

"Our stay at Flamingo Cát Bà was disappointing and far below expectations. While the location and ocean views are beautiful, poor communication and inconsistent management overshadowed the entire experience.

"Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"
